Cardio Kick-Boxing

Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of kick-boxing as a complete body workout.

Allowing you to develop superior upper body & lower body strength, quickness & agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture all at the same time, our classes are great for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes focus on specific techniques and drills.

Kick-Boxing is also a great form of stress relief. You’ll get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time.

Remember to bring your own gloves!

What Is KickBoxing

Whitetiger KickBoxing is a fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends striking with interval training. You’ll punch with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and perform front kicks and roundhouse kicks. Students can expect to be exhausted afterward. On average, one can burn between 800 and 1,200 calories in a one-hour class! While one’s metabolism will be 10% to 15% higher for the next eighteen hours!

Your First Class

Wear loose-fitting workout clothing. You’ll warm up with a few minutes of light calisthenics, do some stretching and bodyweight exercises, then progress right into the kickboxing. We switch from a high-intensity exercise to a low-intensity exercise, similar to sprinting.
